Sexual Harassment & Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

Legally Compliant, Practical, and Engaging Workplace Training

At Shankar Legal Inc., we provide Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training that is fully compliant with California law—mandatory for all employers with five or more employees.

California law requires:

  • Supervisors and managers to complete two hours of training every two years

  • All other employees to complete one hour of training every two years

We design our trainings to do more than “check the box.” They are interactive, informative, and tailored to the unique needs of your organization. Participants gain a clear understanding of workplace responsibilities, prevention strategies, and best practices for maintaining a respectful, legally compliant work environment.
