Nicole Pacheco is a Senior Paralegal with over seven years of experience supporting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from case intake through trial and post-judgment enforcement. She is highly skilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, coordinating court filings, and maintaining complex litigation calendars.

Nicole plays an integral role in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial materials, and supporting attorneys in high-volume and fast-paced matters. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish and regularly assists with client communication and document translation.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Nicole helps ensure matters are handled efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.

Nicole is actively involved in the legal community, currently serving as President and Governor of the Fresno County Legal Professionals Association and as a member of the Education Council for Legal Professionals, Inc.
